Return & Refund Policy by
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of receipt for exchange of the same item. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 10 days from the date of receipt for exchange for the correct product. We will ship you the correct product, as soon as possible.
We offer exchange or store credit for returned items. To qualify for an exchange or store credit, the returned item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and be within a 30 day window from delivery. You can return your item(s) by sending the item(s) to: SoHot Swimwear, 200 NW 29th St., #A103, Wilton Manors, FL, 33311. Please email us at email@example.com and notify us of your exchange/return. On exchanges or store credits, you must use the full value of your credit at the time. Once the item(s) is received, we will inspect that the product is not damaged or worn. All items must be returned in their original condition and with all original packaging and tags, in order to qualify for an exchange or store credit. If unworn and undamaged, we will ship the exchanged new product as soon as possible. If you receive a store credit, you have one year to use the store credit from the date of issuance or it will expire. Store credits must be used in their entirety when redeemed.
Typographical Errors by
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
